CPSC Posts New Product Recalls and Product Safety Warnings to its Web Site

Walmart Recalls Over 4.4 Million Expert Grill Brushes Due to Ingestion Hazard | CPSC.gov
- Units: About 4,477,655
Dollar Tree Stores Recalls Electric Balloon Pumps Due to Burn Hazard | CPSC.gov
- Units: About 360,500
- Incidents/Injuries: The firm received three reports of overheating, including one report of flames inside the unit and one report of the unit exploding. No injuries have been reported.
Gazelle USA Recalls Urban Arrow Cargo Electric Bikes Due to Fall Hazard | CPSC.gov
- Units: About 1,032 (In addition, about 134 were sold in Canada)
- Incidents: The firm has received nine reports of damage or wear to the saddle-seat post connection.
- Units: About 5,500 (In addition, about 47 were sold in Canada)
- Units: About 730

- Incidents/Injuries: The firm has received 11 reports of incidents, including two shock and burn injuries.

- Incidents/Injuries: CPSC is aware of nine reports of bunk bed slat failures, including three in which the top bunk collapsed onto the lower bunk.
