<p>The lease, brokered by Elize Jansen from Currie Group on behalf of the landlord, Growthpoint Properties, sees Norfund occupying a high-specification, fitted suite with direct access to the Gautrain and Nelson Mandela Square. The organization took occupation on 1 October 2025.</p>
