Aptus Aero, LLC (“Aptus Aero”), a portfolio company of The Stephens Group, LLC (“Stephens Group”), is pleased to announce its acquisition of E.M.C. Aerospace, Inc. (“EMC”), a provider of component maintenance, repair, and overhaul (“MRO”) services to the aviation industry.
Located in North Miami Beach, Florida, EMC is an open class rated Part 145 repair station servicing power generation, pneumatic, hydraulic, fuel, and other aircraft components. The company serves passenger, cargo, and military customers globally with capabilities supporting all major aircraft platforms. The transaction marks Aptus Aero’s second acquisition, following its acquisition of Atlas Aerospace Accessories, LLC earlier this year.
